This Policy explains how personal data are processed when you use Intermarket Matrix at www.intermarketmatrix.com.
Information identifying the data controller and explaining how to contact the Operator is available on the Contact page.
1. Information we process
We process only the information needed to operate the Website and its features.
This may include technical information generated when you visit the Website, your email and account information, charts saved to your dashboard, records of accepted Terms and information submitted through the feedback form.
Passwords are managed by the authentication provider in protected form. The Operator cannot view your readable password.
2. How we use the information
We use personal data to:
- provide and secure the Website;
- create and manage accounts;
- provide saved-chart and dashboard features;
- maintain records connected with account services;
- respond to feedback and enquiries;
- meet legal obligations and protect legal rights.
Account information is processed to provide the requested account service. Technical and contact information may also be processed where necessary to operate, protect and improve the Website.
Public charts can generally be viewed without creating an account. Using the feedback form is optional.
3. Service providers
We use external providers to host the Website, manage authentication and data, and send account-related emails.
Supabase currently provides authentication and database services. The hosting and transactional-email providers will be identified before public launch.
Providers may use their own subprocessors. Where personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards required by applicable law should be used.
We do not sell personal data. The Website currently does not use advertising networks or analytics providers.
4. Retention and deletion
Account information is generally kept while your account exists. Saved charts are kept until you remove them or delete the account.
Feedback, technical logs and other information are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, security, legal obligations or the handling of claims.
Deleting your account removes its associated information from active Website systems. Some data may remain temporarily in routine backups, security logs or provider systems until their normal retention periods expire.
6. Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
You can download your account data and delete your account through the dashboard. Other requests may be submitted using the privacy contact details on the Contact page.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
We use reasonable measures to protect personal data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
This Policy may be updated when the Website, its providers or its data-processing activities change. The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page.
